Our Grant Works Team was heavily involved and assisted a medium sized company embark on a large multi million dollar company restructuring program which involved all aspects of the business, including new product design and development program. This extensive program involved building the world class Research and Development Testing Facility.
This Grant Works consultancy program resulted in a range of world fist new products, which went on to win 12 Prestigious Australian Design Awards with several patents granted. These brilliant products went on to sell over $100m worth of product within Australia , the USA, Japan, Europe and New Zealand. Product also received many of the highest industry awards in the USA. in the process.
The Grant Works Team restructured the business to be risk averse and streamlined manufacturing and distribution channels to world standards. They were also instrumental in securing numerous multi million dollar development and EMDG grants as well as Income Tax Concessions for this venture.
Out Team assisted this small business in the planning for the design and development of a large range of innovative new retail products. Along the way they also secured numerous development grants.
This new innovative facility subsequently processed 10 semi trailers (200 tonnes) of flat steel per week into finished consumer product in record time.
Japanese and other world business leaders leaders toured this plant as an example of world class facility.
Your Grant Works Team also had a major contribution to revised company restructure.
The Grant Works Team was successful in implementing a new and innovative global marketing and distribution network for this companies novel and exciting industrial world first, food processing plant disinfection system.
Your Grant Works Team was also heavily involved in the development process for this product. This system which was invented and designed in Australia, was widely accepted in the marketplace and acclaimed by US food safety Scientists at Cal Poly Tech University California as 25 years ahead of its time.
Trial units were exported units to the USA Department of Agriculture Pennsylvania for evaluation and ultimate market penetration.
This product won the Telstra Best new Agricultural Product Award.
The Grant Works Teams again we assisted a small to medium sized enterprise develop a revolutionary Zero Turn Commercial Lawn Mower (USA Patent granted) in a highly successful venture, by providing technical assistance and engineering know how.
Product was sold throughout Australia and company consequently entered a Joint Venture with the Worlds largest lawn mower manufacturer to produce this product. Our Team was heavily involved in the whole process from start to finish.
Product is now being sold around the world under U.S. company name. Additionally product development and EMDG grants of around $1.5m were forthcoming.
Our team assisted a small manufacturer in setting up a new pre cast concrete facility, obtaining Government Grants and ATO Tax Incentives Concessions along the way.
The pre cast concrete industry can be particularly challenging with statutory controls on product design. Product went on to be sold Australia wide and revolutionised the market segment. A Patent was Granted.
Grant Works staff were able to provide technical development assistance, design engineering input including manufacturing plant design.
The Grant Works Team team worked with a small to medium sized enterprise company in conjunction with Monash University in Clayton develop a world first high tech electrowinning mobile 20′ container system to convert spent halogens from benign to active elements for commercial disinfection systems.
This extremely technical project collected spent halogens from the field and converted them back into active biocide. The Grant Works Team was able to provide valuable and practical advice for end of cycle use and recycling.
ATO Tax Incentives and development grants over $2.0m were obtained for this process.
Grant Works staff were instrumental in obtaining regional grants to the value of $350,000 to improve the efficiency through new innovative processes, for a new manufacturing facility in a central Victorian business hub.
Team members had a substantial engineering and manufacturing systems design input into this program.
The new manufacturing techniques were an industry first and improved efficiency by 25%.
